Step 1: Measure your Yard
The first step is to measure the space you want to dedicate to the play equipment. This will help you decide which model will fit your space best. The overall footprint and dimension for each model are shown on each product page. And remember, there are different configurations for each model that change the dimensions slightly and might make it a better fit for your site. Safety best practices recommend having a 6-ft wide clear area around the perimeter of the set.
As you're analyzing your site, don't forget to check the slope. You can work with a slope of about 10 inches over 20 feet. If your site is steeper than that, we recommend leveling it before installation. The more level the site, the easier installation will be!
Step 2: Order your Set
Once you've measured your yard and decided on the perfect set, go ahead and place your order online. If you'd like us to coordinate installation, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll reach out to you to get some more information and we'll ask you to send us pictures of the site. We'll contact local providers and will send you a quote for installation services.
Step 3: Install and Play!
Once your set has been delivered, you can finalize the date and time for installation with the chosen local provider. Before the installation appointment, the site will need to be level within 10 inches over 20 feet.
You will also want to consider some type of playground safety surfacing such as mulch or rubber tiles.
Due to high demand, production time is currently running 4-6 weeks from time of purchase.
We currently offer flat rate shipping on equipment orders to the contiguous 48 states of $299. Shipping is available to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional fee. At this time we do not ship internationally and we cannot process equipment orders to P.O. boxes.
Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipment times are in addition to order processing times. Freight pickup and transit times vary based on shipping availability and seasonal demands, but typically arrive in 1 to 2 weeks from shipment confirmation.
Processing times for custom orders are depended on current order volume; please call us at (301) 247-2881 for an estimate.
What to expect at delivery
Equipment orders are shipped via LTL (less than truckload) freight and typically arrive 1 to 2 weeks after shipment confirmation, but may take longer based on current conditions in the shipping market. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders, postal service problems, or other unforeseen issues impacting shipments are outside of our control.
Fitness playsets arrive packed in a large crate weighing 700-1200lbs (varies based on your chosen options). If your order includes a slide, the slide will be a separate package - it is NOT packed inside the crate. The crate will arrive in a large truck with a liftgate and the driver will unload the crate, typically at the end of the driveway. It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage on the paperwork provided by the delivery driver.
Need custom colors? We can do that! Available colors (shown below) include: Azure Blue, Forest Green, Crimson Red, Sunshine Yellow, Russet Brown, Dark Grey, Light Grey, & Chocolate Brown. Before ordering, send us an email at email@example.com to discuss custom colors. Custom colors require additional production time and may incur an additional charge. Please note slides are available in blue, green, & red, while coated swing chain is available in blue, green, red, or black.
This product has been engineered and manufactured for residential use. It is the responsibility of the owner and supervisors of this SwingSesh equipment to make sure all users obey the safety instructions provided with the equipment. The equipment is intended for use by children and adults two years of age and over; monkey bars are recommended for children five years of age and over. Children should only use the equipment under adult supervision. Do not let anyone use equipment until completely and properly assembled and anchored.
SAFE SURFACE & AREA: Place the equipment on level ground, not less than 6-ft from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires. Do not install the equipment over concrete, asphalt, packed earth, grass, carpet, or any other hard surface. A fall onto a hard surface can result in serious injury or death to the equipment user. It is recommended that the equipment be placed on a shock-absorbing surface. Shredded bark mulch, wood chips, fine sand, or fine gravel are considered to be acceptable shock absorbing surfaces when installed and maintained at a sufficient depth under and around the equipment. The equipment must be anchored to the ground.
PREVENT ENTAGLEMENT: To prevent entanglement and strangulation, dress children appropriately using well-fitting shoes and avoiding ponchos, scarves, jackets with neck drawstrings, cord-connected items, helmets with straps and other loose-fitting clothing that is potentially hazardous while using the equipment. These items can cause deal by strangulation.
TEACH CHILDREN: Adult supervisors must teach children the following: not to walk close to, in front of, behind, or between moving items; not to twist swing chains or ropes or loop them over the top support bar since this may reduce the strength of the chain or rope; to avoid swinging empty seats; to sit in the center of the swings with their full weight on the seats; not to use the equipment in a manner other than intended; not to get off equipment while it is in motion; not to climb when equipment is wet; and not to attach items to the equipment that are not specifically designed for use with the equipment.
USE OF SQUAT RACK ATTACHMENTS: Users must exercise extreme caution if electing to use a barbell with the squat rack attachment, sold separately. When actively using a barbell, the swings cannot be used. Never leave a racked barbell unattended and always remove the barbell from the squat rack when not in use.
