Shipping policy
For shipment of large equipment to the contiguous 48 states, we offer flat rate shipping of $299. Equipment shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to a flat rate shipment fee of $1495. For attachments, accessories, and apparel items, shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. At this time we do not ship internationally. We cannot process equipment orders to P.O. boxes.
Orders are produced to order and lead times vary. Please contact us for current production times. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. Shipment times are in addition to order processing times. Freight pickup and transit times vary based on shipping availability and seasonal demands.

LTL Shipping
Equipment orders are shipped via LTL (less than truckload) freight and typically arrive about 1 week after shipment confirmation, but may take longer based on current conditions in the shipping market. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders, shipping agent problems, weather delays, or other unforeseen issues impacting shipments are outside of our control. Shipments are sent FOB Origin meaning the consignee is responsible for the shipment once it leaves the SwingSesh facility.
Fitness playsets arrive packed in a large crate weighing approximately 1200lbs (depending on your chosen options). IMPORTANT: If your order includes a slide, the slide will be a separate package - it is NOT packed inside the crate. It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage on the paperwork provided by the delivery driver.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. Contact the carrier directly to check on delivery status.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at info@swingsesh.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address any issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
